This Soft, light and moist Chocolate Tres Leches Cake is easy to make at home! Made with Auro Cacao powder, three different kinds of milk and chilled overnight, this cake is a great choice for a make ahead cake!
Ingredients | Super Moist Cake (2 x 14 cm Ring Cake)
160 grams Egg
80 grams Sugar
66 grams Flour
13 grams Auro Cacao Powder
Steps |Super Moist Cake (2 x 14 cm Ring Cake)
Combine the eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Whip the mixture until it doubles in volume or when the mixture has a ribbon consistency
Add the sifted Auro cacao powder and flour
Pour the batter into 2 x 14 cm cake ring, already greased or as a can, filling it up to two thirds full
Pour the mixture into ramekins, baking pan or foil mould.
Bake at 170 C for around 25 minutes
Rest it in the blast.

1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Can Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Milk (245 g)
1/4 Cup Auro Cacao Powder (25 g)
Steps | Tres Leches (2 x 14 cm Ring Cake)
Mix all the ingredients together.
Warm up and dissolve the Auro Cacao Powder if needed.
Pour it on the top of the cake and let it imbibed for the night.
Finish it with Chantilly and Cacao Powder or Cacao Nibs
