This Soft, light and moist Chocolate Tres Leches Cake is easy to make at home! Made with Auro Cacao powder,
three different kinds of milk and chilled overnight, this cake is a great choice for a make ahead cake!

Super Moist Biscuit 

160g of Eggs
80g of Sugar
66g of Flour
13g of Auro Cacao Powder

 

    1. Combine the eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
    2. Whip the mixture until it doubles in volume or when the mixture has a ribbon consistency.
    3. Add the sifted flour & cacao powder.
    4. Pour the batter into a 2x 14 cm cake ring, already greased (or a cans), filling it two thirds full.
    5. Bake at 175°c for around 25 minutes.
    6. Rest it in the blast.
    Tres Leches Mix

     

    1 Can of Evaporated Milk
    1 Can of Condensed Milk
    1 Cup of Milk (245 g)
    ¼ Cup Auro Cacao Powder (25g)

     

      1. Mix all ingredients together.
      2. Warm up to dissolve the Cacao Powder if needed.
      3. Pour it on top of the Cake and let it get imbibed overnight.
      4. Finish it with some Chantilly and Cacao Powder or Cacao Nibs
