100 of Almond Powder
25 g of Coconut flour
2 g of Baking Soda
15 g of Erythritol Sugar 
10 g of Cocoa Powder
4 Eggs
5 g of Lemon Juice
125 g of Cream
125 g of Almond Milk


    100 g Cream
    125 g of 55% Dark Chocolate




      1. Mix the flour, baking soda, erythritol and cocoa powder in a bowl. 
      2. Separate the egg whites and yolks. 
      3. Mix together the yolks, vanilla extract and liquid cream. 
      4. Then add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Add Aamond Milk.
      5. Beside whip the egg whites. 
      6. Incorporate the snow whites into the liquid preparation. 
      7. Cook the pancakes over Low- medium heat. Turn them over when bubbles start to appear on the top of the dough. 



      1. Boil the cream and pour it over the 55% Dark Chocolate.
      2. Can be served with Nuts, Nibs, Dried fruits…
