Ingredients

Directions

Gluten Free Biscuit

200g of Almond Powder
41g of Coconut Oil
42g of Maple Syrup
1 /2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Flavor

 

    1. Mix all together.
    2. Pour it in 7x7 inch Square Mold and press it.
    3. Cook it for 15 min at 175°c.
    4. Let it rest until cold.
    Peanuts Layer

     

    250g of Peanut Butter
    125g of Maple Syrup
    65g of Coconut Oil
    1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
    ½ Teaspoon of Salt

     

      1. Mix all the ingredients together and pour it on the top of the cold crunchy layer with a spatula or a spoon.
      2. Rest it in the Freezer for 10 min.
      Finishing

       

      150g of Auro Dark Chocolate
      30g of Coconut Oil
      Sea Salt Flakes

       

        1. Over a double boiler, melt all ingredients together.
        2. Remove the ring from the block.
        3. Cut it in 3X 7 cm bars and dip it inside the warm Finishing Mix ( around 35°c).
        4. Leave it in the fridge for 10 min and it’s ready to eat !
