- 150g 100% Auro Chocolate Tablea
300ml milk or water
- Put all the liquid in a large bowl set over a pot of simmering water. The bottom of the bowl should not touch the water directly.
- Slowly add the chocolate coins while stirring. Continue to stir until all the chocolate has melted and to heat until the mixture is hot.
- Whisk vigorously for 1 minute until the mixture is shiny and emulsified. Small bubbles/froth should start to form on the sides of the bowl. Be careful not to boil.
- Remove from the heat and pour into mugs. Serve immediately.
Note: We like our hot chocolate on the thicker side. Feel free to reduce the amount of cacao to your liking. We recommend starting with at least 20% chocolate to 80% liquid. Enjoy!
