Confirmation and Event Procedures:

• Cut off time is strictly at 9PM PST every Thursday for the Friday scheduled run and Friday at 9PM PST for the Saturday run.
• Minimum Pax: There must be at least five (5) confirmed boking for a crawl to run. Should the minimum max will not be met, The Operator (Fat Girls Day Out) will send a letter of communication regarding new slated schedules not later than the 10PM Wednesday/Thursday cut off schedules.
• Re-schedule acceptance/confirmation must be done not later than the next cut-off week schedules.
• 2 e-mail confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send another e-mail with the voucher and additional event guidelines.
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.
• Please make sure to indicate your mobile number in the comment box provided during booking process. 
  

Additional Information

• Participants must be 18 years and above for those opting for alcoholic drinks.
• Vegetarian and non-alcoholic options available. Please indicate your choice during the booking process.
• A Waiver of Accountability will be issued prior to starting the actual crawl.
• If you have special dietary requirements or allergies, please indicate on the sign-up sheet.
• Strictly no walk in participants.
• Minimum pax is 5/ Maximum pax is 30.

• Please bring one (1) valid ID during registration
• Your crawl pass/voucher is valid only on the tour date and time specified

Guidelines for Participants:

• All guests will follow a strict schedule, if you will be late, please proceed to the next location.
• Guests must inform the team whether they have any dietary restrictions.

Cancelation Policy

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 business days prior to the activity.
• For credit card payments via PayPal: PayPall and your bank processing SLA will be applied.
