I. JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Associate plays a critical role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy to enhance Auro's online presence, drive growth, and increase brand visibility. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, creative thinking, and community engagement abilities to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and customer interaction across digital platforms.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement KPI-driven digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead and manage campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms to extend Auro's advertising reach.
- Create innovative campaign strategies to elevate sales and improve brand visibility.
- Prior background/knowledge in Google Analytics, SEM, and SEO to enhance digital marketing efforts. Expertise is a plus
- Analyze campaign outcomes, delivering weekly and monthly reports to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
- Formulate a dynamic content strategy to boost follower engagement and brand loyalty.
- Develop an effective newsletter strategy, from content development to collaboration with suppliers for dissemination.
- Actively manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries across digital platforms, fostering a positive brand image.
- Develop and maintain a responsive communication strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Oversee website updates and maintenance, ensuring content is current and user experience is optimized together with the supplier.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure effective execution of digital campaigns and strategies.
III. QUALIFICATION
- 1-2 years work experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising and project management.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations or related field.
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
- Familiar with digital analytics and online advertising.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
- Creative and resourceful.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to handle budget management and pay per click advertising
