Auro Chocolate, a proudly Filipino tree-to-bar company, is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate understands the dynamic involved in communicating through all channels – from digital media to content planning, engagement, activation and copywriting. We are seeking an individual that can define and execute in & outbound marketing programs as well as align internal resources to fulfill them effectively.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing Auro Chocolate’s social media accounts such as but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin and more. This also includes: posting and responding to customers.
Provide timely customer service/feedback to customers' questions and concerns across all digital channels.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve marketing objectives in support of the company as a whole.
Publish a monthly newsletter for internal (corporate) and external (customers and partners) audiences.
Assist in updating the website as needed. This may include but not limited to updating product information, uploading product images, ensuring that the website is working properly and more.
Coordinate and work closely with the Sales Team to create the required marketing materials and ensure that these are delivered on time.
Coordinate and work closely with the suppliers and ensure that the KPIs set are delivered.
Create and present reports
Strategize effective solutions and campaigns that will deliver the set targets.
Brainstorm, create and implement effective digital campaigns based on the data provided by the Sales Team. These campaigns should help in boosting sales or achieving the company’s goals.
Assist in implementing marketing & promotional efforts.
Create digital/traditional content that will be used for Marketing, PR, B2B and other special projects together with the design team or third-party suppliers.
Being the brand representative and ensuring all content creation is aligned with our brand objectives.
Assist/spearhead in organizing online and offline events and making sure that it is running smoothly.
Properly monitor and record all marketing expenses.
Create persuasive messages, tell compelling stories that help to convert customers into brand advocates.
Conduct market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends, competitive actions and marketing strategies.
Coordinate/project manage ongoing deliverables with suppliers or third parties.
Realize the opportunities for the brand to create value and add relevance.
Other administrative tasks as needed.
1-2 years work experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising and project management.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations or related field.
Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
Familiar with digital analytics and online advertising.
Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
Creative and resourceful.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills - effective verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Ability to handle budget management and pay per click advertising
Excellent client management skills.
